This lightweight Olympic bar is designed as a training bar for beginners or de-conditioning trainers. This bar is made of polished steel with polished sleeves. The sleeves are pinned. The inside dimensions are the same as all other Olympic bars so this bar will fit on a normal Olympic size bench.
